Verifying your profile
Verification is a necessary step to ensure the security of your account and funds.
To complete the verification process, first go to your Profile on the Stape platform, then navigate to the Verification tab and click the Start Verification button.
We verify profiles using the Sumsub verification service, which will quickly check your ID or documents to confirm your identity. Your data will be securely processed and will not be shared with third parties.
The first step is to select your country of residence.
Note: Please select the country where you currently reside, as this is required for the withdrawal process.
The next step is to upload your documents for verification. You can continue the process either through your computer's browser or via your smartphone.
Please note, a camera is required for the liveness check.
Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation that your profile is verified.
A green checkmark will appear next to your name, indicating that your profile is verified.
