Downloading your contract and invoices

Stape enables contractors to download documents, which can be useful for proper accounting or may be required by banks for compliance and security purposes.

There are two types of documents that a contractor can download from Stape:

Contract

A contract serves as proof of the legality of your income. It is a legal document that can be provided to your accountant or presented to a bank if required.

The main document outlines the key terms of collaboration between Companies and Contractors on the Stape platform. You can download the contract using the download button available on any screen of the platform.

Important: You can only download the Contract if you have at least one Task with the status Active or Ended on the platform.

Downloading your Contract with Stape

Invoices

These are invoices generated based on your payout requests. They serve as proof of the income you received from Stape. Such documents are often requested by banks or immigration authorities when applying for a residence permit.

In History, find the top-up transaction, open Details, and click Download invoice in PDF.
