# Topping Up Company Balance We’ll guide you through the process of topping up your Company’s balance. This is a required step before you can start making payouts to Contractors.\ Click the dropdown arrow next to your balance and press **Topup**. You can also go directly to the [Balance Top-Up page](https://app.thestape.com/company/topup/usd).

**After clicking the "Top Up" button, you'll be redirected to the page where you can choose your top-up method.** There are three available methods for USD: * ACH * SWIFT * Crypto For EUR, only SWIFT is available. You can select the desired currency by clicking the dropdown next to **"Select Currency."**

Once you select a preferred currency, Stape will automatically suggest top-up amount. This amount takes into account both unpaid and planned payouts, current exchange rates, and includes a small buffer to cover possible fluctuations and currency conversion fees.

You can modify the suggested amount, either increasing or decreasing it as needed. Stape also supports topping up your USD balance using cryptocurrencies, specifically USDT and USDC. We also accept crypto currencie. This tp-up method ensures a fast, secure, and legally compliant top-up process.

Note: The payment system charges a 2% fee for top-ups and takes into account the current exchange rate of cryptocurrency to USD Topping up will be processed automatically once the cryptocurrency transaction is confirmed.
