# Downloading your contract and invoices

Stape and the Company operate with two types of documents. In this article, we’ll explain where the Company can find, download, and sign them.

**Contract**

The main document outlines the key terms of collaboration between Companies and Contractors on the Stape platform. You can download the contract using the download button available on any screen of the platform.

We’ll automatically offer you a way to sign the Contract via DocuSign. If your company doesn’t support electronic document exchange, contact us at <support@thestape.com> and we’ll provide an alternative solution.

**Invoices**

In [History](https://app.thestape.com/company/history), find the top-up transaction, open Details, and click **Download invoice in PDF.**&#x20;
